Check out the New Water Quality Contour Mapping Tool

Contour Map ExampleContour maps depicting water quality for coastal waters within Sarasota County are now generated monthly and can be downloaded or viewed in comparison to one another. Maps are available for ten different water quality indicators and will eventually date back to 1998. Users will be able to generate unique maps for indicators and dates they specify. Neighborhood Environmental Stewardship Team (NEST) Program

The NEST program helps neighborhoods identify and run projects that will help conserve rainwater, preserve plant buffers and minimize fertilizer and pesticide runoff that threatens Sarasota County's 5,400 water bodies. Click here to find out more »
