Indicator Development for Sarasota Bay
The Sarasota Bay Estuary Program (SBEP) and its partners will investigate possibilities for new bioindicators for Sarasota Bay. This page is created as a workspace for the members of the created subcommittee (comprised of members of the SBEP Technical and Citizen Advisory Committees) to share various documents and other information. Indicators and processes for indicator development exist that could act as examples for the Sarasota Bay region will be examined. The final objective is to create scientifically valid bay assessment criteria that are also easy to relate to the general public.
