Challenges of stormwater runoff: Can we restore flow, salinity regime and water quality and prevent flooding?

Within the watershed context and speaking from his years of local knowledge of the drainage alterations that have occurred in the Sarasota Bay watershed, there are possible science-based policies and economic opportunities that could be implemented to address existing and emerging water-related issues.
